T-Tape!!

T-Tape is a drip tape that is the most water efficient and affordable irrigation system available today. Developed for commercial agriculture, T-tape systems have been used and proven through years of use in agriculture. T-Tape can be used in all types of flower and vegetable growing as well as in your landscape with groundcovers, & trees – any crop that grows in rows.

The Benefits of Drip Tape:

T-Tape provides “positive water placement“, placing water exactly where it needs to be — at the root zone. This moves alkaline salts away from the root system and carries nutrients to the root system. Because it waters the bed only, it is extremely water efficient and less water evaporates. It allows for easy and ongoing harvest of vegetables with no muddy furrows. T-Tape produces fewer weeds because the slow drip of the water soaks deeper into the soil wetting less surface area and reducing weed germination.

  • Works under 8-10 lb. p.s.i.
  • Slow penetrating irrigation, less waste and run off
  • Easily re-usable
  • Easy to assemble and maintain
  • Emitter spacing on tape varies from 4”, 6”, 8”, 10”, 12”, 16” and up
  • 1/2”, 1”, and 2” tape widths available for increased gallons per hour
  • Available in tape lengths up to 1/4 mile
  • Drip tape allows bedding to be put on mounds, rolling hills, or slopes with limited run-off problem
  • Self cleaning emitters in the tape
  • Tape can be laid on surface or buried

To install T-Tape use: a pressure regulator and filter; put individual rows on valves, manual or electronic; use one of two methods to attach tape to the polyethylene main line, spin lock or barb to spin lock; and elbows, tees, couplers, and connectors.
